I use mutt with offlineimap.
Sometimes I want to delete whole mailboxes.
For that I need to delete the mailbox local and remote.
With and can run a rm command. But how do I:
- Get the mailbox name? I could use the current selected one, or I could ask
the user for a name, but how do I do tha
