Eh, I set up a special router in Exim to punt mail for paranoid MTAs through my ISP's MTA. I have to add maybe one provider per year to the little flat file. Much of my outgoing mail still goes direct. I did have to go to my knees and beg my ISP to allow outgoing traffic to port 25. Humph. --
