Never CC sender

mutt, to use as default handler in chromium

Hello, my mailto: handler was mutt.desktop, and it worked just perfect. Until today. Today I had a bug filed in chromium browser, as it was an extension with unwanted redirection. I have removed the extension. And used bleachbit to remove some cache and so on. Now, mailto: handler is not
