Hello, This is with mutt 1.5.24 (2015-08-30) on FreeBSD 11-CURRENT. $ LANG=es_ES.UTF-8 date 17 de agosto de 2016, 11:14:48 CEST i.e. with this LANG the month name is 'agosto' (or short 'ago'); when you start mutt with this the first 2 New mails look like this: $ LANG=es_ES.UTF-8 mutt q:Salir
