Yes, it is. ~h is a very bad idea to use for index coloring. If
possible you should use the 'spam' command
I'm using this to color spammy mails in the index:
folder-hook . "uncolor index *"
folder-hook restore@backup.invalid "color index red default '~h ^X-Spam:'"
