My .muttrc (unchanged since 0.95.6i) contains the line
set locale=de_DE

when it existed
before (-0.9.7), is not created (and deleted) in version 0.9.8.
All you have to do is to create a link to `which gpg` somewhere
in your $PATH, named gpgm.
