There is, and you get to it

I probably missed this in the manual, anyone could point me to the
right direction as to how I could reply automatically to all the persons in To,
cc, Bcc ?
Try 'group-reply', whose default key-binding is 'g'. However, I doubt
this will work

The manual says that I can set bg = dark or light. But this doesn't help

':set bg=light/dark' won't change the background color, but selects
a syntax color map more suitable for a light/dark background.

is there a way to quickly mark all messages in a mail folder (similar to
do a catch up in a newsreader) ?
Try adding a macro like that in your $HOME/.muttrc:
macro index \ec "T.*\n;WN;WO^T.*\n" "catch up"
This should clear

Does anyone know how to have a copy of mail sent saved to a
mailbox i.e., sent-mail?
set record="=sent-mail" in your ~/.muttrc.
For further details read the section about
"record" in the mutt manual 6.1.

Hi all,
I am used to let procmail sort incoming messages
into separate folders and start mutt with the
"-y" option, such that I get a menu containing the folders
specified by the "mailboxes" command.
I have the following key bindings to emulate the behavior
of tin, which is my favorite

The problem is, when there are no mails which are 1 week old, mutt
everytime askes "Append messages to foo? ([yes]/no)". Is it possible to
disable this question completely?
Try adding "unset confirmappend" to your $HOME/.muttrc file.

Also, is there a way to tell the index that even though a message was sent
to a list I'm subscribed to, I still want to see who sent it?
Try changing the "L" in your index_format to "F", e.g. change
set index_format="%4C %Z %[!%d%m%y] %-17.17L

iirc, that's an eterm theme.
