with procmail helps you. If you
process the file created by lbdb-fetchaddr you may create aliases. But
I think it is easier to use
set query_command=lbdbq '%s'
and get the adresses with query (maybe bound to Q) or ^T while typing
addresses.

Personally I use a message template with From set and the -H command
line switch. With something of my_hdr in the above -e-switch it has
not worked for me. But the -H works alright.
