macro: :x!y ???

Hi there,

I've got a question about macros, I want to define (<CTRL> + X) in vi - mode, to save 
the message and send it.
But sorry, I don't know how ! Please somebody help me !!!

The most times I do not attach or envoke PGP so it would be much easier.
