I see that ctrl-g can cancel a variety of operations. However, when I attempt to fetch pop messages using Mutt's built-in support, and for example, my internet happens to be out, mutt does not appear to time-out, and ctrl-c or ctrl-g does not stop the attempt. It just hangs on "connecting to...". The only thing I have figured out is to force-kill mutt by closing it's terminal. Is there any better way to handle such a situation, a mutt-internal way?
Thanks!
