Identifier, but $IP should work for most things.
$HOST is pretty good, as long as you have DHCP setting hostnames via
static mac mappings.

I think I have the FFWD and REVERSE (rewind?) buttons implemented as
below. I am still working on the skip-forward, skip-reverse,
