Hi all,
is there any way to change the status of a task in regard to being
"starred" or not -- on a Pocket PC?
Actually, I couldn't figure out so far how to doing that...
According to me it would be VERY helpful to have an option to "star"
tasks on PPC.
My typical workflow would be ... Preparin
Depending on the filters you use, a recurring task will appear in the
ToDo view the same as any other, non-recurring, task.
Recurring tasks can be included (or excluded) in the ToDo view by
exception via the Advanced Filtering option. "Recurrence" is listed in
the available criteria for filtering.
Andrey,
does that mean that outlook can actually send a task or that the
reminder would pop up on the reminder list?
Thanks

Small detail I don't think any of us has any more or less influence over
Andrey. As far as I can tell he takes all the notes and ideas from this
forum and then implements them when he sees fit. The manual reordering is a
classic example. For a long time there were arguments for and against then

Yeah, alas its not possible. There are many many people who would
like to see a simple calendar VIEW, but there are select few with more
influence, that fight a, to me, irrational battle against this one
simple very necesssary yet missing feature in MLO. Andrey himself
remains mysteriously silent

Thank you.
I don't think so, but you can have a view that is sorted or grouped by dates.

Hi Richard.
Did you send anything on email? I do not see emails from you in my

I have additional question:

do you still see these views? I am checking if the reason in random

Hello
I just gave MLO Pro a try... and unless I missed it, I didn't see a
Calendar view which would display the tasks what have a date set
(either discrete for single-day tasks or continuous for multi-day
tasks).
Is there a way to have tasks displayed in a calendar?
Thank you.

Can enter a 'task owner' so that I can track tasks that others are

Hello
I find Outlook a bit too basic to manage projects/to-do's and have
stumbled upon MyLifeOrganized which looks pretty nice.
As far as I can tell, MLO only handles tasks, and doesn't provide a
Calendar and Contacts sections, so I'll have to keep using Outlook for
this.
OTOH, I understand that
Bill,
Just checked this. I have created an appointment in Outlook
11:00a-11:30am with reminder 1h before the meeting.
After I drag it to MLO I got Start 11:00am Due 11:30 Reminder 10:00am
- so it works as expected;
Let me know what I did wrong to reproduce the problem with reminder.
Andrey.
