Richard - quite aside from the value of UserVoice, GetSatisfaction or
anything else - you mention moderators who will merge threads etc making
this new forum a wonderful place. Where do you think these moderators come
from? I help moderate (for spam) this and the IPhone group, its a unpaid
position
OK so I'm not sure why you are arguing with someone that is basically
agreeing with you.
For the record, my reference about folders was in relationship to the
original post. Basically, concerning "this forum is a mess" and
people suggesting that MLO move to a forum with folders. I was not

On my WinMo device it's in the same location as the main MLO launcher.

I'm not a big fan of the idea to move to a forum simply to get folders.
Folders have two problems in my opinion. First, they are only as good as
the posters willingness to only post in the "correct" ones. As an example,
look at all the people that post cell phone questions in the main group and
I think the issue you face is the high ratio of the hourly cost of a
programmer to the overall cost of the software. If you are asking for a
"side project" you are talking about either a consultant or paying an
existing programmer overtime. So lets say $50.00/hour.

Please help resolve.
