This was actually enough of a pain to me that I've started using an alternate solution, even with my investment in MLO. It's a shame, as I really like the software, but the lack of flexibility for sync options is a deal breaker. If better options for sync come along I'll reconsider. On Oct 11, 201

I think that is the route I am going to go, too. What a shame, I was hoping to use my iPad at home when I am getting ready for the next day, but I don;t carry that everywhere and need the iPhone to have tasks with me. On Thursday, October 11, 2012 8:45:17 AM UTC-7, Elizabeth Lindsay wrote: > > C

Hi, ThinMan. The outline view and the various to-do list views are all drawn from the tasks in your profile, but they are just views. You don't have to use any particular view. The outline view is different because it shown the hierarchical structure of your tasks. I think maybe what you reall

This is easy now, and will get easier in the upcoming v4.0. In v3.6, change the Outline View to "Completed." This is organized chronologically, with Today on top. Mike M From: mylifeorganized@googlegroups.com [mailto:mylifeorganized@googlegroups.com] On Behalf Of Ram Rachum Sent: Friday, Octob

I find the cloud sync solves all these problems. I synchronise many devices, 4 x Android, 1 x iPad and 3 x PCs and all stay perfectly synced. I don't even need to be near the PC or even near the work/home networks to sync, so long as I have an internet connection. Nick -- You received this mes

Hi, Ram. Many people use the Star attribute to mean "must do" - you can then do stuff like using the sort in your to-do list to put the starred tasks ahead of the non-starred ones, and you can pull up the starred view to clean out starred tasks that you have finished or given up on. I hope you

There are lots of ways to do this. As Dwight mentioned, Starred is easy -- I use it for what you are talking about, and like that I can quickly Star/Unstar a task, as oddly enough that "must do" status is often relative :) I used to use Flags, but they aren't available yet on mobile platforms. fo
