Anton, it definitely works via MLO Cloud Sync. The other options I didn't use since quiet some time, since I completely rely on MLO Cloud Sync. I'm using MLO on an old iPAQ (WM2003) and it works well. Eberhard On Thu, Apr 11, 2013 at 8:31 AM, Anton Varfolomeev wrote: > Is there a way to synchro

+1 vote on adding this functionality - would be very useful! Of course in tree view mode it's assumed that only items at the same tree level would be sorted (it would not mess up the tree structure/hierarchy). Are there plans to add this feature? On Thursday, April 11, 2013 2:40:56 AM UTC-5, Wo

What view is your To-do list set to? "Hide in todo" is not well named now that MLO has expanded...really it means "make this branch inactive". Views can show only active tasks, or they can show other sets of tasks. I suspect you have the To-do tab changed to a view that shows inactive tasks. On

Thanks for looking into it, Andrey. If you could get auto discovery working, based on computer names or MAC addresses, that would be an excellent step forward for those of us who use WiFi synching. Stéphane On Friday, 13 May 2011 07:37:52 UTC+1, Andrey Tkachuk (MLO) wrote: > > We had some diff

[MLO] Recurring tasks, set as "hide this branch" still show in To-Do tab

2013-04-11 Thread Craig Brooksby
What am I doing wrong? I have "process steps" defined, which have varying recurrence rules (which MLO is able to handle, thank you!) The recurrence rules cause each task to have a due date. I have set the "Hide this branch in To-Do" box on each task, on their parent projects, all the way up,

[MLO] Use automatic formatting to set importance/urgency to 0?

2013-04-11 Thread MLO4Life
Hello, I am a HUGE MLO fan. I am on Windows 7 (PC). I would like to automatically set the importance and urgency to 0 when I turn a task into a folder. I thought that going into automatic formatting rules, click on folder, add sub rule, importance=0 AND urgency=0 would do this. It doesn't, so

Hi, David. There should probably be a change to make the coarse settings easier to find. FYI the reason that I use such fine settings is that I tend to build complex custom views that pull tasks from across many different contexts and projects to produce a to-do list, showing the tasks I want t
