1. Thank you much to Joe (blue..) for this idea!
2. I tried this with IFTTT, and it works! (They let you have a few channels
for free,)
This is preliminary. But basically if you assign a given label to any
gmail, it will send it to anyone you want to.
This I tested and it works.
I am not sure how
I totally 2nd that "hotkey for moving a task to top or bottom." Every day,
I go through the tedious process of dragging items manually.

Hi There,
I simply LOVE MLO!! Been faithfully using it for about 18 months now since
jumping from one system to another. Practically changed my life!
My lists tend to be rather long and are always manually sorted. In this
mode, is there a hotkey for moving a task to the top/bottom of my list
David, I believe that some of your concerns expressed below, especially
about selected/added tasks not dropping from a view while you are working on

It seems I can't use most hot keys in a workspace I have opened as "new

Is there any way to just get a full MLO window on the same instance so I

Thanks,

Thanks,

time to update them to be included in t
MLO's move is also super handy: Select a task you want to reparent, hit ^M,
then type the name of the parent, then enter. You can also choose what view
the move dialog uses also. So you can just select from a view of just
projects/folders/etc.
Because move is so quick my preferred approach is t
Hi Broto,
I came across this thread after searching for 'encryption' in the forum.
Axcrypt is a good idea that can encrypt your main ML file, but what about
the backup files that MLO makes (e.g. when you save the files or at
intervals)? I believe MLO would not automatically encrypt the files no
Picking up this thread... does anyone have any idea regarding the
encryption technology in MLO (as per Richard's first post)?
I'm curious to know... thanks!
