I too have missed this feature for many years, which I used every day in
Android V!. I have tried using the recurrence settings, but this is awkward and
forces me to use dates when I don't want to.

A solution that i use for the recurring task clutter issue is that instead
of using recurring tasks I use the option to 'regenerate task 1 day after
each task is completed'. This way there is no clutter in the calendar. The
new task will appear only after the current task is completed.

2. Set a due date (Alt-D)
3. override the suggested date with "6PM"
Result: Today at 6 PM (even though it is after 6 PM and should, therefore,
be tomorrow @ 6 PM (which is how V.4 handles it, correctly)

I have MLO on both notebook and Android phone. Both sync to the cloud.
Suddenly, I'm finding items in my Android MLO that have been checked as
completed, or have been moved, on my notebook -- in other words, somehow
the Android's sync to the cloud isn't really syncing. I've used both "test

Problem fixed. My own fault -- on new machine I'd set the sync to be
unidirectional from cloud to PC, to download the data, and had failed to
reset it to be bidirectional. Doh!
