I reported this bug last week but hadn't confirmed it. Now I have.
THE BUG: In windows 10, if you right click a task's flag, the existing flag
is highlighted, making it easy to choose a new flag. In Windows 11, doing
the same DOES NOT highlight the existing flag, requiring the user
I've played with Linux a little bit in the recent past, but that's the
problem with it: How do you even know that things like "MS XML parser
(msxm16)", "wininet", and "xmllite" even exist, let alone when you'd need
to consider installing them?
