Though I'm not using any (and thus can't comment/estimate if those are 
complex enough), I think MLO offers some templates to create your profile 
from. Also, as the person who 1st tries to explore examples, I'm not sure 
it's feasible to find "complex" template that will be usable enough as a 
template. I personaly split into two profiles, personal and "shared", then 
have my sub-groups within "personal" like personal/professional and the all 
the way down to birthdays, and "personal" actions on particular 
professional projects, etc.
