Thanks. I was aware of this option. It is also possible to show the
name of the parent a column This is the approach that I have taken
which is very useful but it doesn't do everything that I need -
specifically to be able to

Ecco had a very powerful set of capabilities for managing what was
shown in the hierarchy. In particular, you could choose an item and
1. Show all items under an item to a specific level (Shift+Ctrl+
1..9)
2. Expand all items under a specific item (Alt + Double click on
item or Ctrl G)
t; "hidden" features will be documented someday.

Ah ha! I hadn't noticed the little triangles. I am still trying to
get my head round the way in which they work. Quite a clever idea but
needs a bit more explanation - would it be possible to pop up some
bubble help to explain what is going on (? switchable).

Hi Bob
Thanks very much for taking the time to reply in such detail. I can
undertand your reluctance to go over ground that was clearly covered
in some detail some time ago (before I got involved with MLO).

If we can't open multiple windows on the same file, then more tabs

As another baffled person, I would agree that this would be a useful
feature. The one time I did try to spend some time working out why I
couldn't get MLO to order things the way I wanted, it was made much
worse by only being able to see the score for one task at the time. I
ended up creating a
