I used MLO for Windows for many years and was used to updating the version
whenever notified a new update was available. I just now got such a
notification and was about to install it when I realized I'd need to point
the update to my USB drive and suddenly remembered I'm using portable,
which
I would definitely like this feature as well. I somehow often assume this
feature is there and then discover it's not.
I use MLO primarily on my phone but haven't been adding my tasks half of
the time because I don't have MLO loaded on my work computer (not allowed)
-- so I end up not using MLO
I've set up advanced filtering:
ProjectStatus<>Suspended OR
ProjectStatus<>Completed
But the tasks are still showing. Am I missing something?

I was surprised today to discover workspaces are a new feature in MLO Android,
that's just amazing and great example of why MLO is the best at so much of
everything they do for task management!
I don't see anything on how to use in the message boards, am I missing

MLO Windows - I have options set to not assign context when task moved to
new parent, but when I use INS to create a new child or drag in emails from
Outlook as children the parent context is added. Is there any way to alter

I want a view which displays all projects 'in progress' as a flat list with
children.
I've created 'advanced set-up' rules:
- (ProjectStatus=InProgress) AND
- (IsProject)

I've tried to added the RSS feeds for both the 15-at-a-time and
50-at-a-time feeds to Outlook and I'm getting this error.
This doesn't *seem *like an Outlook problem, what might be wrong?

on my home profile) -- and I was able to export my views to the new file.

It seems whenever I copy a view and then edit the copy, it changes the
original view somehow.
I wouldn't normally think this would happened, so I sped through,
uncarefully adjusting my copy thinking I could always return to the
original, but this was also screwed up somehow.

I'd like to create a type of set-up in MLO where I have a group of views
set aside for every workspace (tab).
As far as I can tell, a workspace holds a zoom-level, but a view does not.
- Is there anything else a workspace can hold that a view cannot?

How are column configurations saved?
I created a new workspace tab and changed which columns display, then I
discovered that this changed the columns for some of, but not all of, my
other workspace tabs.
I would like it if all of my workspaces were saved in such a way that if I
created a new o

filters out:
Tasks with No Project
Tasks with Completed Projects
I've created two advanced filters (and both are checked):

I am getting an error message that I cannot sync because I moved a folder task
as a sub task of the same name. My MLO desktop will not sync and I have new
changes to both my Android and desktop install, how can I fix the problem it
will sync again? Can I rename one of the folders or will this ca
One of our associates has created a high-level folder for each of his
clients and a workspace tab to correspond with a zoom-in view for each of
them. We're noticing different folder-expansion behavior for two different
client folders, but cannot figure out what is causing the difference.

I agree -- I would love that people could at least have the option to not
have tasks inherit the context of a parent!!
I think it makes sense to at least disallow this option -- many generic

Is it an intentional feature that tasks created by dragging into MLO an
Outlook email show double paragraph-breaks for the email body text that is
pulled into notes field?
I'm always deleting these extra breaks throughout the body text because it

I have to collapse/ open the properties pane frequently enough that a
keyboard shortcut would be helpful.
Alt + F1 is working for me to collapse the views pane, but Alt + F2 is not
doing anything for me.

I would like to see included contexts in the standard "Active Actions by
Context" view.
It would be helpful, because:
