cursor, and guess what? You've just made me discover those coarse values!

I strongly disagree. And I don't see why it would matter that much to you.
You have the coarse values Max/More/Normal/Less/Min. Why can't you just use
them and ignore the underlying numerics? What's the benefit to you of taking
away the fine values from people like me who use them?
In my humble opinion an urgency / importance range that goes from 0-200 is
too fine tuned. Going from 0-10 or from 0-20 will be most likely
sufficient to most users.
