[MLO] Any due date of tomorrow or later decreases urgency - please fix

Hi, A recurring problem in MLO, and one which has prevented me really utilizing it properly for a long time, is that any due date later than today causes a decrease in the urgency category. However, in my world, anything with a due date is always more important than something without one. And
