I have not used mLo for a year or so and apon returning to the site/Cloud sync 
login I have found that my account has been disabled. Can anyone help me to 
resolve this? 

I have tried the following
Changing my password, which I was able to do for both the mlo Login and the 
secure payment Login, however I could still not login to either account. 
I even began to create a new secure Payment account and noticed that my old 
username/ID was in use as I was provided a  new ID the same as the old one but 
with a suffix "-2" at the end.

Please help.
