I have been pushing for some sort more generalised 'list' mechanism in the
beta conference which would support the particular 'Kanban' categories that
you have identified 'Backlog', 'Doing', etc. but which could be used for
lots of other things too.
I think something could be developed reason
Kanban view would be awesome and I presume not too difficult to implement
in the new MLO 4 tabbed view.
Each entry would simply need another field - backlog / doing / done and
would be able to poll priority from the already existing fields - urgency
and priority.
Then, another view would simply
