+1 on this request. Some of the software libraries used in the MLO desktop
are starting to look a little bit dated, I guess. I don't know how much
cost and effort it would take to update the user interface, though.

I can right click on the context on the desktop and then move my mouse
slightly to move up and down my list of contexts. Yes, the mouse wheel
would be more consistent with other windows programs but moving the mouse
works for me
