In theory but when I tried to do use it, Alternative Complete did too
many wrong things that didn't make sense to me - eg (if I remember
correctly) it marks the new item complete rather than the item you are
trying to complete, it puts the new item at the end of the list and
varous other things.
Is it intended that alternative complete only works in manual mode in
the ToDo views?
You can use it in outline but in the ToDo's when you try to use it
(when not in manual mode) it asks you if you want to switch to manual
mode.
