Personally, I use a combination of fixed attributes (such as Parent Tasks/Folder), Contexts, and Advanced Filtering to create a view. I then use flags to group and filter views based on temporary attributes e.g. urgent, phone, email, review. The beauty of flags is that you can only have one per
