folders/projects in any position.

Is there anywhere that describes the behavior of folders at the root level?
When I create a folder at the top level, then create a project within in, a
duplicate project is generated at the same level. I can find no
documentation on this behavior or what the behavior is intended to achieve.

In the "Projects" view all tasks marked as projects are listed recursively,
therefore embedded projects will show up:
a) For the first time as a part of the parent project;
b) For the second time as an independent project.
To avoid confusion, in MLO-Windows bring up the "Filter" pane and clic
possible to nest folders (subfolders) and nest
Projects (subprojects)
