Hello Greg,

There was no photo attached.  The only time I ever had a problem was when 
my IT department changed my VPN group so that my external connections were 
always routed via a static IP gateway (or something like that). I got them 
to take me out of that group and the connection problem was resolved. 
 Other than that, as long as I choose the bottom IP address on the list 
displayed on the WiFi synch window on my PC, I get no problems.
