(this is a new answer, as the last one has not been published (perhaps did 
Stéph received it only by mail, as it once occur with someone's post to me).

What you name "shortcut key" is named "hotkey" in the MLO menu, that's why 
I use this noun.
I would be very interested by what you name "hotkey", but it's not my issue 
here.
The hotkay ctrl+down used to work till now. I made a mistake when I have 
deleted all the hotkey (I though I was in EssentialPIM that have an 
issue...).
When I wanted to rebuild my hotkeys, then I was not able to use the 
ctrl+down because of a conflict.
Now, I have completely reinstalled everything, but remains this conflict 
I'd like to handle, because I'm really accustomized with ctrl+down for new 
task and ctrl+right for new subtask. It makes sense for me and I have 
reflexes.

Is it posssible to overcome the conflicts somwhere in a ".ini file" or 
whatever ?
