I'm not sure exactly how the purchase was made on the Kindle. If I
remember correctly, MLO was in the "cloud" apps when I got the new Fire
HD. I don't know if I had put it there on my older kindle fire and it was
still there, or how it got there. At any rate, I just installed it from
the cloud.
That's not correct, unless the Kindle prevents you installing anything other
than from the Amazon marketplace. Purchase directly from Google Play or form
the MLO site and you can use the same license key on multiple Android devices.
You will need to purchase the PC version separately.

fire, since the Kindle fire probably doesn't support the Google play store.
