MySQL Server 5.5.2-m2, a new version of the popular Open Source
Database Management System, has been released.
The "-m2" suffix tells this belongs to the second milestone according
to our "milestone" release model, also called "Betony".

Yes, there is.
Go and have a look at the documenation for the GRANT statement, and
understand what you're doing before executing some command line some random
person gives you.
