mySQLGUI Error

I am trying to use MySQL GUI client on W2K to connect to MySQL server running on 
RedRat Linux 7.1 and I am getting the following error
Host '192.168.0.152' is not allowed to connect to this MySQL server.

Do I need to change something on my Linux?
