hello!
i wanted to create a virtual IP so i inserted the following line in the
/etc/haresources file:
server1 Ipaddress::192.168.1.1::eth0
but when i started heartbeat, i got the following error messages in the command
line:
Starting High-Availability services: 2006/01/24_23:11:44 ERROR:
i cant start mysql.
error in the log says:
Fatal error: Can't open and lock privilege tables:
Table 'mysql.host' doesn't exist
service configuration says:
mysqld dead but subsys locked.
i can't find any mysql.sock in /var/lib/mysql
i reinstalled MySQL through yum but error is still the
same.
