Just guessing here, but look two places:
1. The user you have set up on the MySQL server
2. The user in the MyODBC dsn on your Windows client [or appropiate
connection string in your ASP code if you are using a dsn-less connection]

I suspect you just need a user like 'webs' rather than:
'[EMAIL PROTECTED]@mbtpc20.bau-verm.uni-karlsruhe.de'
