Hi,
I'm at the end of a project in which I did exactly that (transfer
data from db2 for Linux to MySQL). I used no tool. I wrote some
C/C++ programs accessing and tranforming the db2 data in a suitable
form for MySQL. The same programs also inserted data in MySQL.
