I do NOT who you are. I do not believe I have ever
asked this list, or anyone else to spam me; however,
and you'll notice I have post TO THE LIST my response
to this email of yours in hopes that two things will
happen, one YOU'LL stop this at once, and two anyone
else on this list thinking of doing this same thing
will think twice about it.
I am an ISP, I have access to finding out EXACTLY WHO
YOU ARE. Should I recieve another piece --- just one
more --- from anyone ANYTIME, trying spam me from this
list, I will IMMEDIATELY take the appropriate steps to
have your email privliges revoked and you black-balled
from ALL email services currently on the WEB.
I AM a businessman and I've been involved in the
computer industry (and the internet) for over 20yrs
and, yes, I have recieved spam; however, it was NEVER
directly connected to any list (and I subscribe to
300!). You're the first one who, using my willingness
to help other people the best I can, spammed me
without so much as a way to stop it! Check your
FEDERAL laws, sir/madam, one thing stated SPECIFICALLY
is the email MUST ALLOW the ability to prevent further
emails from happening. Since you never offered this
feature, and used this list to snare me in your
profiteering trap, I'm putting you ON NOTICE. I will
not unsubscribe from a perfectly good list because of
your ignorance, I will educate first. Now, I'll
convince. You send me one ANYTHING that closely LOOKS
like solicitous emails and you are history, I promise
you it won't happen a third time, PERIOD.
As a memory jog, I'm including the email for all to
see and I'm keeping a copy of this ENTIRE email for my
PERMANENT reference.
