I am setting up a new database with MySQL for the following purposes:

1. Enter information for potential employees like name address email
address employment status, resume, and some more.

2. I am looking to develop build or use something allready developed as
a gui interface to allow users to enter data into this database.

3. I thought about using ACCESS but was wondering if it is really a
viable solution. Another words building tables linked back to a MYSQL
backend, then building a switchboard in Acces for the gui.

I know that if I chose MS SQL it would be easy as Access automatically
connects and can setup a database with the right user permissions. What
I was hoping is that someone would be able to point me in the right
direction. I am googling and the such right and I am also reading as
much as possible. This is going to be setup for a non-profit corporation
and I am trying to help them set this up without out-laying a whole
bunch of cash.

I have allready installed MySQL and PHP-MyAdmin and have setup some test
databases and such, but I am not a developer, but for this I am becoming
a developer.
