Table Creation

Hi,
  
I'm new to this flavor of SQL, I've downloaded WinMySQLadmin version 1.1 for Win98,
I seem to be missing components?
  
1. I can only create Databases not Tables?
2. I'm don't know which source editor/compiler I can use?
  
Can anyone help?
