Hi Everybody,
I have installed MySQL on Solaris and have even setup the connectivity using MyODBC on
windows. I would like to know what I have to execute on Solaris like listener process
for Oracle so that when I connect from windows environment I can connect to the
database running on Solaris
I have MySQL installed in the Sun Solaris and I want know how can I setup MySQL to
connect to Actuate Report writing tool.

I managed to install the database but where can i find "mysql" in which directory. I
am not being able to find this executable. Did I mess on the installation process.
An early reply will highly appreciated.
