Hi, I have installed MySQL on Windows98se twice under different paths, and then deleted the second installation. When i run MySQL as usual using the line "C:\Program Files\nusphere\mysql\bin\mysqld-opt.exe" , i get the following error msg:
C:\Program Files\nusphere\mysql\bin\mysqld-opt.exe: Fatal error: Can't find messagefile 'C:\Program Files\nusphere2\mysql\share\english\errmsg.sys' notice that it runs from "nusphere" but tries to find the errmsg.sys file under the other folder "nuspehere2" which i have deleted. I tried looking for a config file so that i can force MySQL to look in the proper "nusphere" path, but i could not find any. I have also tried to look for an entry in the registry but came out with nothing aswell. Have I missed something?
