I have an ibdata file that is growing and growing and growing.... Are there maintenance routines that I can run to keep this file in check? My database is performing close to half a million transactions a day and this file is now well over 75GB. Can I expect this file to continue to grow, until I run out of disk space. I am currently using MySQL 4.1 but will be moving to 5.x soon.
