Environment: Linux 2.0.35
downloaded and expanded LinuxThreads-2.1.3.tar.gz.
It seems the tarball do not include pthread.h which
"configure" looks for.

LinuxThreads-2.1.3.tar.gz does not include "pthread.h"

include minimal include files necessary to compile mySQL??
