I downloaded mysql, i am not sure about the version, number but i think is the last stable version. And i use it under Win98.
when i type: mysql -u root to try to login for the first time, i get the following error message: ERROR 2004: Can´t create TCP/IP socket (10047) I did the same thing with my computer at my job place, but in the computer i have at home i get this error.
