Hello Everyone, I am working on an architecture on which i am using common database mysql4 for two web servers(Tomcat 5.x).
After moving to 150 number of connections using a java application, mysql gives an error (exception): Server Connection Failure during transaction.Attempt reconnect 3 times. BUT I HAVE MENTIONED MAXIMUM CONNECTION=500 in my.cnf But it gives an exception on the reach of 150 connections.It should allow us to create almost 500 connection. Can any one tell me how i can solve this problem. Any Suggestions are most welcome.
