I ve installed on my slackware 8.0 mysql + php 4.0.6
I can connect mysql server on line command, but
with the command connect in php, every time I try
to connect, I recieve this message ( example)
Warning: Can't connect to local MySQL server through socket
'/tmp/mysql.sock' (2) in /var/www/htdocs/nuke/mainfile.php on line 33
Warning: MySQL Connection Failed: Can't connect to local MySQL server
through socket '/tmp/mysql.sock' (2)
in /var/www/htdocs/nuke/mainfile.php on line 33
Unable to select database
I've permission (chmod 777 and chmod 666) in every files and every dir
Can'you help me?
