Let me start out by saying that I am still a newbie. I just freshly
installed mysql version 4.0.13.
The following are the steps that I took.
Unzipped the binary file in a windows directory.
Ran setup
Edited my-small.cnf and changed it to my.cnf saved it in the root of my
C-drive..
