Hi Guys,
I am a newbie to MySQL administratation. I just
setup MySQL in my linux machine and want to change the
data directory from /var/lib/mysql to something else.
I put the .my.cnf file in the /etc/ directory and
specified the parameter datadir=/home/mysql but it
gives me an error invalid
