Hello
In my case Default data files directory is
/var/lib/mysql. I want to store all files of one
database in another directory.
Is there a way we can specify data directory per
database. Or else can we change the entire data
directoy of mysql.
I tried to change it using my.cnf but I guess i
You can relocate an entire database with a symbolic link:
ln -s /path/to/database/files /var/lib/mysql/database_name
